Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This offer is valid for customers who provide proof of purchase of a knockoff u-shaped silicone toothbrush. The proof of purchase must clearly show the date of purchase, the product details, and the seller's information.

Limit:

This offer is limited to one (1) free brush per household. Multiple submissions by the same customer or same household will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase:

Customers must upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for the knockoff u-shaped silicone toothbrush. The proof of purchase must be legible and verifiable.

Preferred Character and Size:

Customers can specify their preferred brush character and size when submitting their request. Available options will be listed in the Typeform. If a preferred color/character is not available, it will be substituted with the next available character.

Shipping and Handling:

The free brush will be shipped to the address provided by the customer in this form. autobrush is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Review and Approval:

All submissions will be reviewed to verify the validity of the proof of purchase. autobrush reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the required criteria.

Cancellation:

autobrush reserves the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to invalid proof of purchase, multiple submissions by the same customer, or any other reason deemed appropriate by autobrush.

Non-Transferable:

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.

Program Duration:

This exchange program is available for a limited time from June 7 through June 9 2024, and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
